Only the values you or your AI assistant send in a tool call (furniture item types, quantities and optional heights and depths, your assembly experience, number of helpers, whether you own a drill or stud finder, a physical-limits flag, the value you put on an hour of your time, hours available, a quote total you already have, city cost tier, wall-anchoring, packaging haul-away, walk-up floors and same-day flags, ceiling height, doorway width, wall type, whether children under 6 are in the home, renter and TV-on-top flags, quote details you type in: assembler names, totals, hourly rates, estimated and minimum hours, anchoring, haul-away and insurance flags, star ratings, review counts and days until available, your deadline in days, your first name, preferred time, extra questions and an optional phone number) and technical logs (timestamps, tool names, status and error codes). We never ask for a street address or GPS location. No accounts, no profiles, no cookies, no tracking.
To compute the result you asked for, enforce rate limits, debug errors and prevent abuse. We do not use your data for advertising or model training.
Computed per request, nothing stored: tool inputs and results are processed in memory and discarded when the response is sent. Technical logs are kept by our hosting provider for no more than 30 days, then deleted.
We do not sell or rent personal data. Tool inputs and results pass through the AI assistant you use to call this service (for example Anthropic Claude, OpenAI ChatGPT or Meta Muse), which handles them under its own privacy policy. Our hosting and logging provider (Cloudflare) processes requests on our behalf under contract. We do not send anything to assemblers, furniture retailers, marketplaces or lead networks. We disclose data only if required by law.
You choose what to send; names and phone numbers are optional. Request access, correction or deletion, or ask a privacy question privately at support@magicteams.ai. We respond within 30 days.
This service is not directed to children under 13.
